Benroc Engineering offers precision in-situ cylindrical grinding, orbital grinding and superfinishing, and surface grinding. We have designed precision grinding machines that can be used in a variety of applications.

Precision in-situ surface grinding produces precision flat surfaces with excellent surface finishes. We have the ability to grind surfaces to within 0.01mm (depending on size, material, and rigidity).

Precision in-situ cylindrical grinding produces round parallel surfaces with excellent surface finishes where the component can be rotated.

Precision in-situ orbital grinding and superfinishing produces round parallel surfaces with excellent surface finishes where the component cannot be rotated.
