In-situ line boring offers our customers the opportunity to repair or modify bores without the need to transport components to a workshop. This is especially useful when parts are not easily removed or its not logistically possible.

We can machine a range of bores from 30mm up to 1300mm diameter, holding tight tolerances. Whether it be straight forward boring, in line boring or blind bores; whatever your requirement we can modify our equipment to suit your needs.

Bores are ordinarily repaired by either installing a sleeve or by weld reclamation. Our in-situ boring equipment can work hand in hand with our automatic welding equipment streamlining the repair process.

Depending on the situation we can change our boring equipment between electric, hydraulic, or pneumatic. All our services are carried out on your site without removing the components. This can reduce machine downtime and save money on removal, installation, and transportation costs.
