Re-surfacing of worn or damaged flanges is critical to stop leakage. We can machine the original profile back onto your flange as well as any surface finishes as required. Using our bespoke surface grinding head, we can also machine the face to a fine finish.

A flange surface may be damaged by corrosion, accidental damage while under maintenance or temperature distortion. In the most severe cases of corrosion, we can remove the whole flange using a clamshell pipe cutter.

We machine smaller flanges using single point machining and larger flanges up to 5000mm using orbital milling. Depending on the situation we can change our flange machining equipment between hydraulic or air powered. All our services are conducted on your site without removing the components.
