A client approached us with a critical requirement: the precision resurfacing of a 2300mm diameter lapping table that had deteriorated over time. The performance of the table was directly impacting their process efficiency, making accuracy and reliability essential.

The Challenge
The lapping table required:
- Accurate machining to restore full surface flatness.
- A newly machined spiral groove to ensure effective evacuation of lapping paste.
